1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AR888 platform at ar888.onl, you enter into a legally binding agreement with AR888. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and AR888. All three documents should be read together.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

• Be a natural person — corporate accounts and registrations on behalf of others are not permitted.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be self-excluded or have an active exclusion request on AR888.
• Not be an AR888 employee, director, agent, or immediate family member of any of the above.

AR888 may request age verification documents at any point. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be void, and deposited funds will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming procedures.

3. Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one AR888 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, AR888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets or bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from those accounts.

Accurate Information Required

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. AR888 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your account details with anyone. Any activity carried out using your login credentials — regardless of whether it was you personally — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact AR888 support immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

AR888 may at any time request identity verification documents, including but not limited to a copy of your national ID card (CNIC), proof of address, or payment method documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on AR888 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to player balances. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets.

Deposits made through supported payment methods are typically credited to your AR888 balance promptly following payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and network conditions. AR888 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

AR888 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used before processing any withdrawal. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, bonus wagering requirements, and AR888's standard review process. You may withdraw funds to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to method-specific limits and processing times.

AR888 aims to process approved withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa on the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. AR888 does not control processing times once funds have been dispatched.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed identity verification.
• Active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met.
• AR888 may refuse or reverse a withdrawal request if it identifies suspicious activity or a breach of these terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

AR888 offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and game restrictions. Those promotion-specific terms are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for genuine entertainment play only. Using bonuses as part of a coordinated strategy to extract value without genuine play is prohibited.
• AR888 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or adjust bonus terms at any time.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements are completed.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be turned over before a withdrawal can be made. The specific multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion details.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live Casino and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Check individual promotion terms for contribution percentages.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

7. Betting Rules

AR888 offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across cricket, football, esports, and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may move rapidly during live events and there is no guarantee that the odds seen when you click will be the odds at which the bet is accepted — a brief delay is possible during high-traffic periods.
• AR888 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a technical error or data feed issue.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within a specified timeframe, bets will be settled in accordance with sport-specific rules published in the AR888 Betting Rules section.
• Cricket bets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and Test matches — are settled according to the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body.

AR888 operates pre-match and live markets for the Pakistan Super League across all fixtures. All PSL betting markets are settled on official match results. In the event of a PSL fixture being shortened due to weather, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results are accepted as the official outcome for settlement purposes.

8. Casino Rules

AR888's casino section includes Live Dealer games, video slots, crash games, and table games. The following rules apply:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable to ensure fair outcomes.
• Live Dealer games are hosted by third-party providers and are subject to those providers' game rules in addition to AR888's general terms.
• Any technical interruption during a game round — such as a disconnection — will be resolved based on the game's last confirmed state according to server records. AR888's server logs are the definitive record in any dispute.
• Attempts to exploit game mechanics, software bugs, or bonus structures for systematic gain are prohibited and may result in account suspension and voiding of winnings.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human tool to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain.
• Coordinating bets with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonus structures — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "matched betting" in violation of platform policy.
• Any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to access or interfere with accounts belonging to other users.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside information that is not publicly available.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without prior communication with AR888 support.
• Any conduct that AR888 reasonably considers fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

AR888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified or suspected.
• Fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation is detected.
• Verification documents are not provided within the requested timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or legal requirement mandates account closure.
• A player requests self-exclusion.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected terms breach, AR888 will conduct a review. If the review finds no breach, any affected funds will be restored. If a breach is confirmed, funds associated with the violation may be forfeited. AR888 will communicate the outcome of any review to the account holder.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting AR888 support. Any genuine balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal after standard verification.

12. Limitation of Liability

AR888 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. Planned maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or third-party infrastructure outages may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AR888's liability to any player is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time of any claim. AR888 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost betting opportunities, or losses resulting from reliance on odds or market data.

AR888 is not responsible for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, payment processor outages, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.

13. Privacy & Data
